Happy June 13th!

Happy June 13th! It has been a great journey over the past 2 years. Hard to believe it has been that long since I purchased this cool truck. My skin is more tan, my body is stronger & my mind is filled with endless possibilities. Life is so much fun with weekends filled with traveling, serving & meeting more great people out there. I’m so blessed!

So many people ask me how to start food truck business & how keep their truck rolling throughout the entire year & how to get accepted into many of the best events around. Here are some of my tips:

• Using this website http://www.travelok.com/listings/sid.1 to check out every single event with Foodtrucks & contact them. Same as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram…
•• (Make good notes to know the deadlines of each event so you won’t miss any. Be patient & spend lots of time on researching events)

• Contact Jim Cowan or Dawn Cowan Book OKC Food Trucks Email: [email protected] [email protected]
They are the best people I’ve known & have been helping me & other food truckers from the very beginning. You’ll survive in the winter by serving lunches to companies and catering.

• Make friends with other Foodtruck owners. Networking with each other helps us all to gain more knowledge & experience.

• Simple but important: always keep your business cards handy. While at events always the possibility of making contact with a potential client.

Hope you all have fun & enjoy the great journey in The Food Truck Industry
